Our story

Where Small Homes Become Family

Arcare Homes was founded with a simple belief: people deserve to be cared for in environments that feel like home, not institutions. For over three decades, we have been converting large family houses into specialist residential care homes, each supporting just 4 to 10 people.

Today we operate 11 homes across the West Midlands, Southport, and East Sussex, with a 12th currently in development. Our partnership with Anchor Housing extends our supported living provision, giving more people the opportunity to live independently with specialist support.

1990s

Founded in the West Midlands with a vision for small, personalised care homes

2010s

Expanded to Southport and East Sussex, growing to 11 specialist homes

2020s

Anchor Housing partnership established, 12th home in development, all services CQC Good rated
