We collect personal information when you make a referral, apply for a job, submit a contact form, or browse our website. This may include your name, email address, phone number, job title, organisation, and details about the person you are referring.
We use your information to process referrals and placement enquiries, respond to your contact form submissions, process job applications and recruitment, send you relevant updates (only with your consent), and improve our website and services.
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (referral and placement enquiries), consent (marketing communications), contractual necessity (employment applications), and legal obligation (regulatory and safeguarding requirements).
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as required by law, local authorities and commissioners for placement purposes, Anchor Housing for supported living referrals, and our IT service providers who process data on our behalf.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary. Referral enquiries are retained for 12 months, job applications for 6 months, and care records as required by CQC regulations.
